In September, Shanghai Cultural, Educational and sporting goods Import and Export
Corporation was reorganized as a limited company and renamed as "Shanghai Lansheng Co.,
LTD.", becoming the first state-owned enterprise to be named after an operator.
In February, the stock of Shanghai Lansheng Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shanghai Stock
Exchange with the stock code of 600826, becoming the first stock listed company in the
foreign economic and trade system.

In December, the company exchanged assets with Shanghai Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd. and
placed 48% equity in Lansheng Building.
In January, the company implemented the reform of non-tradable shares, and Lansheng
shares became fully tradable shares.

In December, the company's controlling shareholder Shanghai Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd.
and Shanghai Donghao International Service Trade (Group) Co., Ltd. jointly restructured.
In December, Shanghai Lansheng Light Industrial Products Import and Export Co., LTD., a
subsidiary of the company, was established under the reform of mixed ownership in the
trading sector.

exhibition industry as one of the three pillar industries of the group .

In December, the convention and Exhibition management headquarters of the Group was set
up to unify the centralized management of the exhibition enterprises and organize the
development of various convention and exhibition businesses.
In July, the group set up the exhibition and communication business headquarters to
manage the exhibition headquarters and the Shanghai Advertising Co.

In November, Shanghai Donghao Exhibition Planning Co., LTD. (predecessor of Shanghai
Exhibition Group, hereinafter referred to as "Exhibition Planning") was established by
Shanghai World Expo (Group) Co., LTD.

In June, the Exhibition Planning changed the name of the company to Shanghai
DonghaoLansheng Exhibition (Group) Co., LTD., which is also the first year of the entity
